Members

This area of the website is for members of the orchestra, and includes the latest rehearsal schedule, a page of recommended recordings of upcoming repertoire, the bowings for the current concert, and details of any social activities.

If you are interested in becoming a playing member of the orchestra, please contact Lev Parikian. We rehearse weekly on Mondays near Sloane Square, and give four or five concerts a year. Our subscription rates are very reasonable: £225 per year, or £75 for a concert cycle (usually 6 or 7 rehearsals plus concert).

We currently have vacancies in all string sections and the bassoon section. We are also looking for a 2nd trombone.

Vacancies in other sections or opportunities to play with the orchestra for one concert do arise so please contact us if you play a woodwind or brass instrument and are interested in joining.
